In relation to the purposes stated above, data processing may be carried out using paper, computer and telecommunications tools, in observance of all precautions to guarantee the security and privacy of the information, as identified in our Programme Document on Security.
The data may be processed by internal and/or external parties external such as Data Processing Operators and/or Managers. The data is kept for the time strictly necessary to comply with your requests.
(D) Scope of Communication and Disclosure
The details, if instrumental for the pursuit of the purposes indicated in point A above, may be communicated to:
accounting, tax, labour and legal firms or consultants;
External firms in charge of data processing , to provide the products/services requested by the customer.

With respect to the processing of his/her personal data by the firm, the customer has the ability to exercise the rights specified in Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, the full text of which is below:
Art. 7 - Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The party involved has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data related to the individual, even if not yet entered, and their communication in intelligible manner.
2. The party involved has the right to obtain indications about the following:
a) The origin of the personal details;
b) The purpose and methods of data processing;
c) The logic applied in case of data processing with the use of electronic tools and instruments;
d) Identification of the data operator/, manager and representative designated in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) The parties or the categories of parties to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of such personal data as designated representatives, data managers and/or data operators within the territory of the State.
3. The party involved has the right to obtain the following:
a) Updates, corrections or additions to the data when required;
b) The deletion, anonymisation or blocking of the data processed in breach of Law, including data that it is not necessary to keep in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) Certification that the operations specified in a) and b), above, have been brought to the attention, also in terms of their content, to those whose data has been communicated or disclosed, except when this obligation is impossible to fulfil or requires the use of means which are clearly disproportionate with respect to the rights protected.
4. The party involved has the right to fully or partly oppose the following:
a) For good reason, the processing of personal data even when pertinent for the purposes of the collection;
b) The processing of personal data for direct marketing, market research or commercial communications purposes.
