Although Manniello Hotels try to keep the highest standards of service quality, please be aware that services as well as facilities may alter according to unexpected factors. Manniello Hotels can not be held responsible for any changes or imprecision caused by third parties, not depending by its will.

Reservations

Our 'Booking Online' panel situated on the lefthand side of the screen, is a well functioning, quick and user-friendly tool that will allow you to check room availability and confirm your booking in few easy steps. Further more, you will be able to access and reserve further Hotel Services i.e transfer arrangements, seasonal flowers bouquet, Champagne, Chocolate, Dinner Arrangements etc. simply adding one of them to your reservation. At the end of your booking, you will receive an email containing all the details. Please take a good note of the reservation number generated by the system.
In the event you will need to cancel your reservation, you will be required to enter your reservation number in order to retrieve your file. Please note that Cancellations (regarding reservations made through our official website) can be done online, and the system will automatically generate and send you an email containing a cancellation reference number.

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

A valid credit card number with the expiration date and terms provided by the cancellation policies is required as guarantee. About a week before the pre-authorization will be required to cover any penalties if the pre-authorization did not go well, the hotel does not guarantee the availability of reserved rooms.
Any changes or amendments to the credit card should be reported immediately to the hotel.
Online reservations guaranteed with a credit card, will entitle you to check-in after the expected time, without notifying the Hotel about the later arrival. In case we are not in the position to honour your reservation, we will arrange your accommodation in another Manniello Hotel or a different one, same level, and provide free transportation to the Hotel if needed. All reservations made through our website Booking on line system must be guaranteed to a valid credit card. In certain time of the year, Manniello Hotels might require a deposit according to Hotel's availability and special occasions. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

In case of No-Show, or cancellations made from 5 to 0 days before the arrival date, will be charged, as penalty, on the credit card given as guarantee of the booking, 1 overnight for a 3 nights stay. For longer stays, will be charged the 50% of the total amount of your reservation.

For bookings made from 07th January to 30th April ( excluding Easter time ) and from 01st November to 21st December, in case of cancellations made from 3 to 0 days before the arrival date, will be charged, as penalty,1 overnight for a 3 nights stay, and 2 overnights for longer stays.

Rate and Tax/Service Charge Details

Rates provided at the time of booking do include Hot & Cold Buffet breakfast , 10% VAT, service charge and all applicable taxes and are intended for 1 person for single room booking, 2 persons for double room booking and 3 persons for triple room booking. From 1st April to 31 October, will be charged city tax of Euro 1,50 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. The city tax is not applicable to children under 18 years old.

Manniello Hotels are committed to keeping your personal information safe. Our secure server software (SSL) will encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Payments

Please be aware that, before your arrival, we will proceed with a pre-authorization on the credit card given to guarantee the booking to cover any penalties under the terms of the cancellation policy.

Upon your arrival at the Hotel, as a guarantee for the payment of the whole stay, if you intend to pay with the same card given when confirming the booking, we will proceed with a secondary pre-authorization for the remaining amount of your stay, or you will be kindly asked for the total pre-payment.

Arrivals & Departures

Check In Time: from 14:00
Check Out Time: within 11:00

Early Arrivals

Early arrivals will have to be managed directly with Hotel's Reservations Manager, and are mainly subject to availability. Should you wish to have immediate access to the room, we suggest to reserve one day in advance.

Late Departures

- Up to 15:00: according to Hotel’s availability, with extra fee
- Up to 18:00: according to Hotel's availability, 50% of the daily room rate will be charged as late check-out
If you choose not to reserve and, at your arrival, your room is not yet ready, we will be glad to store your luggage and make our Hotel facilities available for you, or give a courtesy room, if available, to freshen you.

Early Departures

In case of early departures, will be charged the amount equal to the 50% of the remaining days, with a minimum of 1 overnight and, in particular periods ( events, special occasions, etc ), the Hotel might require a full stay payment.

Extending Your Stay

Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and possible rate change.

Family Plan

Manniello Hotels makes no additional charge for children under 2 years old occupying the same guest room with parents, unless a cot is needed (a charge). For further information, please contact the hotel’s booking office directly.
