Accuracy of information
The information in the website of Gruppo Manniello Hotels and in each separate hotel website are as accurate as possible. Although Gruppo Manniello tries to maintain its service standards high, they can vary according to unexpected aspects. Manniello Hotels cannot be deemed as responsible for changes and/or inaccuracies by third parties, not depending on its will.

Reservations and security deposit
When confirming the reservation, a valid credit card is requested as warranty.
Within the terms provided by the cancellation policies, on the same credit card a pre-authorization or a security deposit shall be requested for possible penalty payments.
Whether such pre-authorization/security deposit fails, the hotel does not guarantee the availability of the reserved rooms.

Changes or modifications related to the credit card must be promptly communicated to the hotel.

In case your reservation could not be honored, we would make a reservation for a room in another hotel of Gruppo Manniello or an equivalent group, providing free transfer service. In certain periods of the year, according to vacancies or special events, the hotel could request a further caution deposit.
On your arrival, a pre-payment of the reservation amount will be requested.

Information on Tariffs and Services Costs
The reservation costs include a buffet breakfast, 10% VAT and service. All the applicable tariffs are expressed for one guest in case of a single room reservation, two guests in case of a double room and three guests in case of a triple room. The agreed amounts do not include the tourist tax. In case of any changes in Taxes/V.A.T. percentage and City Tax, the room rate will be amended accordingly.

Credit card safety
Manniello Hotels undertakes to maintain all the personal data protected via SSL ciphers which will encrypt all your information, credit card number, name and address included.

At the moment of the arrival, as an entire reservation payment warranty, a total pre-payment will be requested.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: from 3 p.m. | Check-out time: until 11 a.m.

Early Arrivals
The early arrivals are directly dealt with by the Hotel Reservations Manager and they are subject to availability. If you decide for an early access to the room, we suggest you to make the reservation one day before.
Check-out after the allowed time
- Until 3 p.m. according to the availability, with an extra charge.
- Until 6 p.m. according to the availability, you will be charged the 50% of the amount for one night. If you have decided not to make the reservation after the established time, we will guard your luggage and offer our services until your departure.

Early departure
In case of early departure, the 50% of the amount corresponding to the number of the nights which have not been spent at the hotel, with a minimum of one night.
In specific periods (special events etc.) the hotel could request the entire amount of the reservation.

Extension of stay
The extension of your stay requires an additional reservation and it is subject to vacancies and tariffs changes.

Family Reservation
No additional costs for children under the age of 2 in a room with their parents, unless a cradle is requested (for an extra payment). For further information, please contact the reservations office.

Groups Reservation
When booking more than 4 rooms or groups, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For further information, please contact the reservations office.

Art. 7. Right to access the personal data and other rights
1. The party involved has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data related to the individual, even if not yet entered, and their communication in an intelligible manner.
2. The party involved has the right to obtain indications about the following:
a) The origin of the personal data;
b) The purposes and methods of data processing;
c) The logic applied in the case of data processing with the use of electronic tools and instruments;
d) Identification of the data relating to the data operator, manager and representative designated in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;
